Commercial Use License

Introduction

The tools published on GyunGyun×Create started as tools I made for myself, and I polished them with the thought, “Since I made them anyway, let’s make them general enough for anyone to use.” I have kept improving them with friends in mind who are not comfortable with computers, drawing, programming or AI, so that even they can use the tools easily.

I publish them for free to support people who are working hard to set up their streams on their own, not so that others can profit from work made with them. For that reason, I ask you to purchase the Commercial Use License only when you are paid for work made with the tools published on GyunGyun×Create. Using them for your own streams and activities stays free.

The tools covered are Peraravatar+ / TOKI×Maker / TOKI×Table (as of 2026-10-07).

When you need it / don’t need it

Who can buy

Either the character’s owner (the client) or the creator may buy it. The license is per character, so even if the creator changes later, paid work for the same character does not need a new purchase.

How licenses are counted

• One license covers one character
• Work for the same character is covered whichever of Peraravatar+ / TOKI×Maker / TOKI×Table you use
• Adding variations, redos, added outfits and ongoing schedule images for the same character are all included
• Count by who the tools were used for. A work for the client’s character needs no extra purchase, even if other characters such as collab partners appear in it
• If you also make a work for the collab partner for pay (such as a schedule for the partner’s channel), the partner’s character needs its own license
• A work with no character in it (such as a shared channel clock) needs one license per channel
• A work for a group or unit’s shared channel needs one license per channel. However, if every member already has a license, no purchase is needed for the channel

Changes to the character

• As long as either the channel (account) or the name carries over, the character remains covered as the same character even if the name, design, channel or performer changes. If any of these change, or if the character’s owner changes, please tell me what changed at the email address shown in the license, with your license number
• Starting with both a new channel and a new name, or starting as a different character (a so-called reincarnation), counts as a new character and needs a separate purchase

Using delivered works

• The character’s owner may use the delivered work in their own streams and activities
• If the client allows it, a partner with a scheduled collab may also use the delivered work as is to promote it

• OKEditing the images bundled with the tools, like changing colors or cropping
• NGGiving away or selling the images bundled with the tools on their own as assets (including taking them out of a delivered work)

Ask first

The following are not covered by this license. Please ask through “Contact” below.

• Selling general-purpose items or templates not made for a specific character (such as selling clock designs or general-purpose avatars made with the tools to anyone)
• Building it into products such as paid games, apps or merchandise
• Work of an unusual scale, such as large requests from companies

Versions covered and revisions

Edition 1 of the license (issued 2026-10-07) covers Peraravatar+ v1.4.1 / TOKI×Maker v1.0.0 / TOKI×Table v1.0.0. Newer versions than those listed are also covered.

If the license or the terms are revised in the future, the license at the time of purchase continues to apply.

Purchase and license request

The Commercial Use License is sold on BOOTH.

After purchase, download the license (PDF, in Japanese and English) and email the address shown in the license with the following:

• Your BOOTH order number
• The name of the character (or channel, if there is no character) the license is issued for
• The name of the character’s owner (the name they work under)
• The channel or social media URL of the character
• Whether the buyer is the client (the character’s owner) or the creator
• If the creator bought it, the creator’s name (the name they work under)

After checking the details, I will email you a license number. That email serves as proof of your license, so please keep it.

Please note

• This license covers the use of the tools only. It does not grant any rights to the character itself
• As this is a digital download, returns and refunds are not available after purchase. Please read this page carefully to check whether you need it
• The tools may receive new features or changes without notice as they are improved. The updated tools remain covered by this license
• If a tool is discontinued, works created and delivered before then can continue to be used
• The tools are provided as is. I cannot accept liability for any damage caused by bugs in the tools
